Thomas Kent died peacefully on February 1st, aged 90. His funeral will be held at All Saints Church, Kirkbymoorside, at 11.00 am on Tuesday February 12th.
Ida Elizabeth Moore, former landlady of the Moors Inn at Appleton le Moors, died peacefully on January 30th. Her funeral service will be held at Christ Church, Appleton le Moors, at 12 noon on Thursday February 14th, followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only, please, but donations if desired may be made to St Catherine’s Hospice, and church funds, and a plate will be provided at the service.
Looking at the Kirkbymoorside Blog tonight and saw my Gran’s name on here Ida Moore it was a surprise but a nice one, rest in peace gran.
